Research – Internships – Testimonials
Cultural Immersion
Living with an Ecuadorian family provides students with an authentic and deeply enriching experience. This opportunity not only improves their Spanish language skills through real-world use, but also allows them to gain a profound understanding of the culture, values, and traditions of Andean communities within their social, political, and cultural context.
Immersion fosters genuine integration, turning students into active members of the family as they participate in daily activities and celebrations. This not only enriches their learning but also creates meaningful bonds of friendship and affection that often last long beyond the academic program.
