This dialogue of knowledge enables students to understand the structural contradictions of development models implemented in Ecuador and Latin America, situating them within the broader global economic, social, political, environmental, and cultural crisis.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1700\">Fundaci\u00f3n Cimas fosters a learning community that brings together students, faculty, grassroots organizations, and various social actors. Through active participation in community projects, internships, and academic residencies, participants engage directly with local communities and their cultural contexts. These immersive experiences not only deepen academic learning and social engagement but also strengthen intercultural competence and Spanish language proficiency.<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Programs are tailored to specific needs (curriculum, time, budget). Fundaci\u00f3n Cimas cultiva una comunidad de aprendizaje que re\u00fane a estudiantes, docentes, organizaciones de base y diversos actores sociales. A trav\u00e9s de la participaci\u00f3n activa en proyectos comunitarios, pasant\u00edas y residencias acad\u00e9micas, los participantes se vinculan directamente con las comunidades locales y sus contextos culturales.
